Orders and Payments
- All prices are in ETB (Ethiopian Birr) unless stated otherwise
- Payment is required before production begins
- Orders placed on this site are paid online through Chapa
- Orders are subject to availability and acceptance
Production and Delivery
- Standard production: 2-4 business days
- Rush production: 1-2 business days (additional fee applies)
- Delivery times vary by location
- We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party services
Intellectual Property
- Designs created by PrintOnline.et remain our intellectual property
- Customer-provided designs are used only for the ordered products
- Unauthorized reproduction of our designs is prohibited
